Junior Pipe Band 
Highland Bagpipe and Drum Instruction 

The Greater Victoria Police Pipe Band runs a junior band program through out the school year.

Instruction is offered to boys and girls aged 9 to 16 in basic music theory and the skills needed to play the highland bagpipe and Scottish snare drum. Participants also learn cooperation and listening skills in a team environment. 

Police Pipe Band instructors, Pipe Sergeant Warren Fells and Drum Sergeant Colin Magee have many years of performance and teaching experience and are the instructors for the junior band program. 

Location: Spectrum High School 
Time: Wednesday evening from 7 - 8pm . 
Cost: $10.00 per month.
